Introduction
Brenscombe Outdoor Centre is based in an old Purbeck Stone Farm, surrounded by the beautiful farmland and overlooking Poole Harbour. The buildings have been converted from their original use and retain their character.
The Buildings are all separate and include Reception, The dinning room, the conference room, the dairy, the lower barn accommodation, the Byre accommodation, the long barn accommodation, the upper barn accommodation, the courtyard ablution area.

An early conversation is welcomed regarding people with physical disabilities in order to allocate appropriate rooms and set the venue up to be as accessible as possible.
ARRIVAL & CAR PARKING FACILITIES
The main car park is located off to the left of the entrance drive. The car park is a level gravel area, situated down hill from the reception. If required there is parking space for 1 car outside of reception. There is parking for around 25 cars in the main car park. An overflow car park an be created on the adjacent field. Access from the car park to the buildings, starts on the level gravel area, then goes up a hard packed gravel slope.

THE DINING ROOM

- Low step and slope up from orchard to back door

THE LOWER BARN

- 3 rooms accessible from foyer area
THE UPPER BARN
- Accessible via external staircase with hand rail
- 4 rooms and bathroom with shower and toilet
THE BYRE
- 6 stairs or accessible slope to front door
- Communal area leading to 6 showers and 5 toilets
- 9 rooms
- Power sockets only in communal area
- Wood burning stove in communal area
THE LONG BARN
- 6 stairs to access
- Level carpeted surface with 11 rooms
- 1 toilet
THE COURTYARD ABLUTION AREA
- 4 shower blocks each with 5 individual cubicle showers. Single step access

FARM HOUSE

GROUNDS
The walk ways are gravelled and rough in places. The field can become muddy during prolonged periods of wet weather. Please discuss suitability for users who have physical restrictions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Permission to bring dogs on site must be sought in advance. It is not normally
appropriate to have dogs on site. Appropriate smoking locations are designated to groups if required. No naked flames are permitted in the buildings with the exception of the wood burning stoves.
